Professional Career

Kellie Chapman manages the Army Navy 250 Club. Kellie co-owned a successful mortgage company before owning and operating Station House 319 for over 10 years. After selling the business in 2015, she was able to increase her time fundraising and volunteering for local causes.  Kellie’s love for animals has evolved and she is now become a well-known leader in movements to helpreduce needless cruelty and neglect to animals especially canines in Summit County. She took the initiative to start the Lakemore Dogs Homeward Bound program and has been essential in creating the Springfield Police K-9 Committee. In 2018 she was awarded the Friends of Education Award for her service to the Springfield local school district.



Kellie is locally educated having graduated from Springfield High School and briefly attended the University of Akron.

Personal Life

Kellie has been married since 1987 to her high school sweetheart and Springfield fire medic Daniel Chapman.  Together they raised three boys: a Cleveland firefighter, a Springfield police officer, and a United States Recon Marine.  She has two beautiful grandchildren.  She also includes 3 dogs as part of her family as well as her pig “Pickles” who has become locally famous with his visits to educational events.
