NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 5:30 pm, in Springfield Township Hall, 2459 Canfield Road, Akron, Ohio, 44312 to hear the following request:
(BZA 03-2026/PERMIT #102462) Leon Sampat, representative for property owner, R. Dennis LLC, at 738 South Cleveland Avenue (parcel #5109347) is requesting variances to allow an addition to an existing commercial structure on a lot size of 30,492 square feet and a lot width of 125 feet, where Springfield Township Zoning Resolution Section 5.05D1 requires a lot size of 43,560 square feet and a lot width of 150 feet.
